Mr. Trash Wheel's Dumpster Dive to Support a Maryland Bottle Bill

Our annual Dumpster Dive returns on Saturday, November 15th!

Roll up your sleeves and join us at the Baltimore Community Toolbank to help sort and count an entire dumpster of Mr. Trash Wheel's intercepted litter.

The data we collect at this event is crucial for letting us know what types of trash are making it into our waterways most often. This year, we have a critical mission: gathering data we can use to continue advocating for a Maryland Bottle Bill.

Plastic bottles are routinely on the menu for Mr. Trash Wheel. In his lifetime, he has collected over 1.8 million plastic bottles from Baltimore Harbor. We need YOUR help to bring these numbers down and decrease plastic pollution in our waterways! Photos and data from this event will be shared with our elected officials in support of a Maryland Bottle Bill during the upcoming legislative session.

Come prepared to get dirty, have fun, and be part of a community working towards a healthy Baltimore Harbor. This event is ages 18+.
