Waterfront Partnership’s Healthy Harbor Initiative is partnering with Volunteering Untapped and the Baltimore Community ToolBank to entice volunteers to analyze the contents of Professor Trash Wheel’s dumpster.
Some might feel shy or embarrassed about strangers going through their trash, especially if it comes from the contents of their mechanical stomach. Not Professor Trash Wheel. The professor’s an open book.
